Our coach-led sessions are personalised to align with your individual goals, following an initial 30-minute consultation to understand your aspirations and preferences.

A tailored workout plan will be meticulously crafted to optimize your time, enhance efficiency, and boost strength and endurance. Each session will feature expert guidance, unwavering support, and ongoing progression, punctuated by celebratory milestones along your journey.

Sessions are available in blocks of 4, 8, or 12, lasting 45 to 60 minutes each.

Our Personal Training sessions are located at William Penn, Everyone Active Leisure Centre, WD3 8JN.

Alan has got me to a level of fitness which I’ve never seen before, I am continuing my plans to hit running and strength goals.
